Where is the best area to go shopping? I am looking for jewelry, mainly loose stones. We are going to Trunk Bay in the morning. The ship does not leave until 4 or 5 in the afternoon. Is there enough time to both activities?

Best place is downtown. You should have a couple of hours to shop if you time things out right.

For loose gemstones I would recommend Gemstone House or Gem Casa. They both have a nice variety of colored gemstones. If you are looking for loose diamonds be certain to ask each store about whichever cut you are looking for. Most carry a large amount of loose diamonds that they don't have displayed in the cases. Just ask your salesperson to see the loose diamonds.
