Charge for Golfing on Legend (and a couple other ??'s)

I have just read a review of the Legend of the Seas and it said there was a charge to use the golf course. Is this correct?? My TA said it was included along with the rock wall - no extra fees. Can anyone attest to this?

 

Also, are there refrigerators in every room?? We will just have two inside cabins, Q rating, and I read they were in all, but then I also read they are only in outside cabins, just wondering if I can expect one or not!! I seem to read too much and then get conflicting information, just needing to know what to believe, you know!!!

I don't know about the refrigerators, but there is no charge for the golf or the rock wall. The mini golf course is now only 17 holes as they built the rock wall where the 18th hole used to be. I must have gone around that course a few dozen times on my 14 day Panama Canal trip last year - finally shot even par the last time around.
