Before I signed off for the night, I just wanted to say this...

 

I do not think CCL did a very good job with thier VFIP, and I completely understand the anger most of you feel, especially the Milestoners that were mislead into booking more cruises. I encourage you to follow SATEX's advice and contact the woman in charge of the program. Her info can be found in this thread...

Remember, it was not the fault of the hard working men and women that work at CCL, but those in the executive offices. Ensure your anger is directed toward them... and remember, you get more bees with honey than vinegar (or something like that:D)

 

I hope I have not offended anyone here during the debates tonight. We have had disagreements on blame and being lied to, but overall, I agree you were certainly mislead. Good luck on having it resolved.

 

But most importantly, happy cruising!! Maybe oneday we can continue our discussions on the Lido deck overlooking crystal blue waters!!
