I don't have the answer, but would love to know any and all recommendations also! I also have a couple of specific questions about Mr. Sanchos?

1. Does the free snorkeling gear include fins?

2. Will my 9 & 11 year olds get enough out of the water toys to make them worth it? I thought I read they were really difficult to climb & require a lot of strength.

3. Is there a banana boat?

4. Are prices for things like wave runners & horseback riding negotiable?

Definitely the fish tacos and or the chicken tacos. They are awesome. As far as drinks, I preferred the regular margaritas. They come with chili salt on the rim. Outstanding!!! My wife got a drink in a coconut(can't remember the name), but it wasn't that good. It lacked flavor. We didn't do the AI. If/when we go back, we will definitely do it. We could have ate and drank more. Hope this helps.
