Hi all-

I am looking for some info on Cinnamon Bay. How do you get there from the cruise ships? Also, do they have facilities for snorkel rental, lunch and perhaps a cocktail to quench our thrist? Thanks for your help!

Cinnamon Bay is easy to get to. Just grab a cab to Red Hook and then take the ferry to St. John. At St. John, all you need is to grab a cab to Cinnamon. They have lunch facilities there and you can buy beer there. Not sure what cocktails are available. They do have snorkel equipment rental. See http://www.cinnamonbay.com/

The beach is very nice.

Hi Linda-

Thanks for your help. We've done the St. Thomas beaches on previous trips and thought that we'd give St. John a try. Is there anywhere else that you would suggest, rather than Cinnamon Bay?

I was just at Cinnamon Bat last week and it is very pretty there. Are you looking for something with a nice bar/restaurant on the premesis? You may want to check out Caneel Bay, then.

There is information on Caneel Bay at: http://www.*****/stjohn/beaches_stj/

I have photos from Trunk Bay, Cinnamon Bay, and Leinster/Waterlemon on a photosite I put toegether from my recent vacation: http://www.lrichters.photosite.com/vibeaches/
