a question about dreams..do I have to pay for my 3 year old?

Are you booking through Carnival? It has been our experience that 3 year olds are always free booked through Carnival. I have never been to La Romana so take it with a grain of salt, but we have not been charged on similar excursions at other ports with our son when he was still three years old.

 

This cruise we are set on for September -- have had to raise the excursion budget by a third!
