The BEST thing I ever ate.....EVER!!!!!

We sailed on Oasis in April and ate at Giovanni's twice because it was that GOOD!!!! I am looking for the recipe to make the appetizer that was bread with a chunk of mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto then put under the broiler I guess to crisp up the prosciutto. I think there was also some sort of honey mustard on it too.

 

Can anyone tell me if they have the actual recipe or can add to what I think I already know about this delicious appetizer? I'd love to recreate it at home.
