Bar Harbor, Maine Excursion - Acadia National Park & Lobster Bake

I have Celiac disease and wonder if anyone can tell me if the lobster at the lobster bake is just served as lobster or is it baked in a casserole type preparation?

I couldn't imagine going to a lobster bake without having whole lobster. I looked up the excursion and watched the video and it showed the folks with whole lobster. Made me want to go there now myself.:p Have fun.

We did this excursion several years ago and you get a whole steamed lobster with corn, potatoes and mussels.
