Post cruise San Diego

I will be returning to San Diego 12/7/05 from a cruise. Does anyone know of a Marriott Hotel near the the airport that I'd be able to stay in? Will be staying overnight then flying east next morning.

I suggest you go to marriott.com. They show you the distance to airport. There's a ton of hotels in the area. Actually, right across the street from the cruise terminal there's a Holiday Inn that we're going to try in Dec. before our cruise. They have restaurants and there are other restaurants within walking distance, etc. Also, they are only a quick hop from the airport and they have van service or you can take a taxi for $10. If you get a room facing the water you should be able to watch your ship sail (or in our case, come in :)) Enjoy your cruise.

Actually, right across the street from the cruise terminal there's a Holiday Inn that we're going to try in Dec. before our cruise.

 

Thanks!! After a bit of searching via google I did find the hotel you mentioned. And am seriously thinking staying there the night and fly back east the next afternoon. I do not want to have to deal with a 20 hour day if I don't have 2. After being on a 62 day cruise. LOL
