Mo' Bay excursions (through Carnival)

So my wife and I will be sailing on the January 6th voyage of the Carnival Magic from Galveston, and stopping in Mo' Bay. My wife and I are looking for a fun excursion that allows us to actually *see* some of Jamaica, but we have a couple of limitations...

1. No Dunns River Falls - it is on the other side of the island, and we've already seen it.

2. We actually want to *see* Jamaica, not some resort that could be anywhere in the Caribbean

3. Top end price limit of $100/pp (might be able to stretch to $110/pp)

4. Must be through Carnival.

 

Any suggestions?
