GCI - Paradise or Eden Rock?

Looking to do something different this time. Found the Paradise Cafe & Dive Shop when we were there last time (no diving, got together with local freinds). Thought we'd rent tanks there and have turtle soup between dives this time, but then saw a mention of Eden Rock. Which is preferable and why?

 

We've done several boat dives and the stingray dive (loved it!) (once) there before.
