We are Dave and Fred from Vancouver Canada. We are contemplating joining this cruise adventure. One of us is worried about the weather on the Med. forecasts look good and the boards all sound pretty favourable. Stay tuned to see how our deliberations go.

Hi guys, did you decide to do this cruise? The weather may be cool but should be enjoyable!

Ten days to go! We leave Monday afternoon flying to Miami - overnight - Tuesday afternoon overnight to Heathrow - hopefully a good day Wednesday and we will venture to Greenwich to the Museum - overnight - Thursday morning to Venice! Three nights at the Olimpia and then onto the Reflection.

See you all soon,

Richard

I guess you're in London now. Greenwich is lovely! If you want some recommendations, let us know!

We did make it with no hitches to LHR - after checking in to the LHR Renaissance we took the Underground to North Greenwich on Wednesday and then the bus to the Maritime Museum - delightful lunch in 16" then a tour of the Museum and the Observatory and a quick rush through the Queen's House. A great day and luckily the rain held off 'til we got back to the hotel!

Fine flight to Venice on Thursday and couldn't believe it when we landed at 11:30 am - Sunny! When we got to the hotel we were told the whole area was flooded the day before!

We just did a short tour of the neighborhood, a late pizza lunch, nap and then seafood dinner at a Trattoria next door - off to bed.

It was so sunny and nice today ( and no flooding! ) that we skipped any interior attractions and just walked the whole place from west to east - south to north - couldn't have been better except for all us tourists! A cruse ship was in town - can you believe it!!!!

We awoke to fog this morning - could barely see a Royal Caribbean ship from our window. Later the Azamara Journey arrived.

Never really got Sunny today but no rain so no complaints.

We are at the Olimpia Hotel - Linda arranged a greet and meet party tonight - I think about forty fellow passengers showed up.

Looking forward to seeing you all on the Reflection in two weeks!

Richard
