What's happening with the Summit Jan 28, 2004 sailing?

Have been trying to find out what is happening with the Summit Jan 28 sailing. They said it is "red coded" without any explaination. I see that other sailings are having trouble too. I have to make or give up my airline reservations this friday and dont know what to do. Any one have information. Celebrity has none.
