Is the afternoon tea still included in your ticket or have they started charging extra?

It's included except for 1 special tea (I think it is called Royal tea). On our 1 week cruise it was offered one afternoon in the centrium area (not sure if that's the right name). There were multiple teas offered vs. just one offering. I think it was $10 without Champagne and $20 per person if you want champagne included. There is a free afternoon tea offered in one of the dining rooms that is great.
