Maison DeVille Hotel in French Quarter- Anyone stayed here?

I have a reservation at the Maison DeVille Hotel for a pre-cruise stay this summer. Has anyone stayed here? How is the hotel? I know that the location is a plus, but what about the actual hotel service, room, etc..
