Any chance of price drop days b4 sailing?

Just wandering if anyone has seen price drops with in the last few days b4 sailing? I'm on the Allure Dec. 2 and Dec. 9 sailings, and today a bunch GS's ($2449) appeared on the RCCL website for the 12/2 sailing. If they don't sell, will sail empty, or do they go to the upgrade fairy?
