Hotel at the Cay-Day Passes? Taxi Price?

Does anyone know if Hotel at the Cay offers day passes &/or will reserve chairs and umbrellas? My high maintenance companions do not want to get off the ship too early and will only plan to go to a beach where there will be reserved chairs even if we don't get there until noon. :rolleyes:

 

This is offered through the ship only if we leave early in the morning and for a rediculous price. Also, does anyone know how long and how much the taxi ride is?
