What are the plugs in the cabins

Funny story. I bought a cheap power strip for use on our recent Eurodam cruise.

Finally on about day 5 we had to use it. My wife plugs it in and POP, there goes the circuit breaker. Killed our tv and a few lights and our neighbors tv. We called the Neptune and shortly after our room steward and a hotel officer showed up. My wife tells them that she heard the breaker blow but the officer proceeded to try the tv, plug in something and turn the switch on.

Then they checked the breaker which was behind a locked plexiglass window. Then they called maintenance and took about 3 hours for them to come fix.

I have no problem with them checking the tv but it amused me a little.

Biggest moral of the story don't buy a cheap $5 power strip on amazon. I will not be using in my house.
