Snorkeling and sailing -Aruba

We are in Aruba on a Sunday - Feb. 10 - and are looking to do a sail and snorkel trip in the afternoon. Our ship arrives at 1:00 and leaves at 8:00pm. I did find one company - Roberto's Watersports - but they leave at 1:30 from Eagle beach. Is there enough time for us to get there from the Norwegian? Also, has anyone used them? Perhaps someone can recommend an other option.
