2 ?'s- Are the helicopters running? Is Horseshoe or Round Cay near the wall?

We were there in November on a cruise and I see there's a helicopter pad near the cruise center. However it was not running that day. Has anyone been recently and is it running?

 

Also, are Horseshoe Reef and Round Cay near the famous Wall? I'd love to snorkel the wall, but can't determine from Princess description whether these are by it or not.
