Deck over Viking Lounge/Loft Suites

While watching the Oasis yesterday and Allure today on the port webcam (am I too excited about being on Allure next week?), I noticed people on an outside deck over the VL/CL. It didn't zoom in enough to tell whether they were crew or passengers. Has anyone been up there for sail-away or any other time?

I believe that is a crew area.
