Does anyone have princess patters for shockwaves & remix for Emerald Princess?

We are sailing March 7th on the Emerald Princess and I am just trying to see if anyone has copies of one of the patters listing a sample of activities for the kids. My son is 11 (will be shockwaves) and my daughter & her friend are 14 (will be in remix). I have an idea of what to expect for them but just thought that if someone had a previous copy that they could link me up to or something like that, that would be very much appreciated :) 52 days until sail away!!!!!
