Cockleshell Beach vs. Carambola Beach Club?

We're going to be on the Reflection in Feb. I've read about both beaches and both seem very nice. Can someone please give me a little advise or at lest their opinion?

 

We like everything, relaxing or watersports, waverunners, comfy chairs, cocktails, etc... The food is not so important since we're on a cruise, we'll be eating all day everyday.

 

It sounds like 2 other ships will be in port the same time our ship will be there - Too crowded for one or the other or both??

 

We were going to do a catamaran sail but the 2 companies that were recommended on this site are booked. I would rather not book with the cruiseline, so we are now thinking about a day at the beach.
