Harrison Cave anda good Beach

I'd like to know how far away Harrison Cave is from where Adventure of the Seas docks. Does anyone know? Should we take a taxi or rent a car?

 

Where is a good beach to go to after the cave?

Between the port and Harrison's Cave is approx 7 miles.. not straight miles.. trust me on this one. driving might take you about 1/2 hour. I might recommend taking a taxi mainly if your not used to driving on the left side of the road. The taxi will wait for you there and then I suggest going to either Accra Beach on the south coast or Paynes Bay on the west coast for a beach stop.

 

The only problem is when are you headed to Barbados because Harrisons Cave is supposed to be closing soon for renovations, but I'm not sure the exact has been given out. Some say June, some say later.

 

I'll try to check on the closing and post the info back on the site.
