staying pre cruise in nov 04 any been then is it as nice as web sight shows also want to hire a carrage for half day any info would be thankful also nice beach to visit since we have 2 days to enjoy before and after the cruise

I was in PR in February and stayed at the El San Juan, near the airport. Old San Juan was very nice. We enjoyed visiting the fort. We also rented a car and drove to El Yunge, the rainforest - beautiful but true to its name, rainy. We loved the beach at the El San Juan - 1 1/2 long sandy beach and not too crowded.
