On the Carnival Magic February 17

embarkation was fast! got it right carnival!

 

people smoking on balcony still sucks, but not an ender

 

got my luggage around 5. not ideal but ok none the less

 

clean ship with a lot of nice extras. comfortable seating on deck, hot tubs and computers strategically placed around the ship. nice

 

steak house. have to say I was a little disappointed. there was no lack of effort on their part but out just wasn't perfect as in the past. wasabi mashed potatoes very gritty. the wedge salad with blue cheese was just lettuce and a very thin buy cheese dressing. the entrees were fantastic. and yes, complimentary wine bottle.

 

the location of the steak house was interesting. on the conquest it was away from everything, on Magic it's right next to the rowdy piano bar. I like both places for the mood they provide, but not together.

 

beds are amazing comfortable. rough seas last night but the bed rocked me to sleep.

Ok, I'm following you. We did Magic last summer and going again this summer. Great Ship. Dont forget to do the ropes course! A little scary but fun. Do they have the new pizza yet? Calzones?
