If you want to use the web to book a cruise, be VERY careful of this web site company. I have had nothing but trouble from them since the get go. They did not honor a quote I had in writing and have failed to send a coupon for $50.00 off a cruise booked with them through Carnival. They are very "lazy" once the cruise is booked and have a "who cares we have your money now" attitude"
