Need some assistance figuring out price drop

I'm a bit confused on how to get OBC/upgrades if I even can on my sailing. I booked after the final payment date, and I think it was using an easy saver rate. What would have to happen for me to be able to get any OBC?

 

Right now there are fares that, with the OBC sale, come out to $70 less than I paid. The actual fare is $10 more than I paid but now includes 100 OBC. Am I out of luck or any way to get some of that money? Thanks!

Never mind. Posted too soon. Spoke to carnival, paid the slightly higher rate, and got the OBC. Paid 20 to get back 100. $80 net savings, not too bad.
