Shore excursions booked but not showing up on NCL.com?

Does it take awhile for your shore excursions to show up online? I am positive I booked and paid for our Ephesus excursion, but when I went to check it doesn't show up. Then again, I've booked Harry Potter Studio tickets and Disney Paris tickets just in the last week, so I may have dreamed/imagined/intended to book this shore excursion at the same time but didn't. :D

 

Just wondered. I checked my mastercard statement online and nothing shows up there, either.

When I booked, it displayed immediately in My NCL and my edocs - and I was charged immediately too LOL. You can call them and confirm if they do or do not have a booking for you before you book again.

It sounds like your transaction didn't complete, for whatever reason. Like the previous poster suggested, check with NCL. It should have showed up right away.
