If you are in a balcony, the only option for an interior is to have an interior room across the hall from your balcony. I don't have a clue what you mean by opening on the "same side" as yours! :confused: When booking, your TA or cruise agent should be able to put your daughters in a close proximity room to your balcony. If you plan to book it via the cruise line website, get a deck plan and use that to select your cabins.
