Whale watching and coastal cruise in cabo?

I notice that Carnival has a Whale Watching and Coastal Cruise on their excursions for Cabo. Just wondering if anybody has tried to book this on their own and how much it would cost in comparison. Thanks for your reply.:)

There are plenty of opportunities to book independently. Look into Pez Gato or Cabo Escape, close to the tender pier and I'm sure much less expensive than the cruise line would offer. You can even take a water taxi out to see the whales. These are party type cruises, drinks and food included. Go on trip advisor, there are all kinds of different venues.
