NCL Crown ?'s

We are sailing on 8/28 NCL Crown to Bermuda, received a credit from NCL for POA problems last Aug. We love Bermuda, live in NJ so NYC is easy. We're going low end as we sailed on the QM2 this spring and that would have been our cruise for the year. Is there a fee for Chopsticks and Le Bistro? The alternative rests. on the POA all had extra charges. Is there food late at night, after 10:00? We overnight in all the ports and we may get back late. Is the Bermuda expert really an expert? Can we purchase ferry and bus passes in advance, on ship, since Hamilton is the 2nd. port? Did anyone use the dine around option? It sounds interesting, we were not big fans of the NCL buffets on the POA or in general. And is there a pool in the spa area? Some spas charge a nominal fee to use the facilities at sea, the QM2 for example, and it was great! Would appreciate any info, I'm obsessive about our trips! Thanks!

Just returned on 6/12 from Crown. There are 2 small hot tubs on a different deck than the small pool. Le Bistro has a $15 pp charge...the food is excellent especially the fillet mignon. No charges at Chopsticks or Pasta Cafe but P.Cafe was booked all week and we couldn't get a reserv. Room service is 24 hr but they don't always get the order right. You can't get the bus passes ahead. there were several places to get them & maps also. We did the 3 day pass for $28 pp and used it a lot, including the ferries. Sometimes the buffet was better than the sit-down lunch menu. Enjoy George Soloman & Sharkbait at night . They were terrific !! We didn't use the dine ashore option...wanted to go to Frog & Onion on Thurs at Dockyard but didn't get there. Enjoy the street fair on Wed in Hamilton. Chocoholic Buffet had a line from one end of the ship to the other. We didn't want to wait in line that long so never saw/ate there. Enjoy your trip!
