Carnival Victory - Camp Carnival

Hello! I have searched and searched and I can not find out if Camp Carnival for 2-5 year olds on the first night of the 5 day cruise is either open or if they have a "family party" to get to know the teachers/counselors on that first night. Thanks for any info on this!

 

We are taking our son on his first cruise and I would like to get him "pumped" and excited about camp! If anyone also has any pictures or the camp carnival 2-5 recent activity/capers, please post them or send me the link to a thread!

 

We have been on many cruises (even got married on one!) but have not been on one since our son was born. We know this will be different, but hoping to have an hour or two each evening to do our adult fun on a cruise (ie casino)

Victory sailing soon here too (may 27). I too need some camp carnival info for my 9yr olds. Can't find much. Help us please !!!

I've read that there is an orientation/party the first evening. Also be sure to pre-register online for it. I haven't used Camp Carnival yet, but will in July.
