Legend Single Cabins

Has anyone ever stayed on the Riveria (sp) deck on the Legend in a single cabin? We have booked a single cabin #1255 aft and were wondering what it would be like for my mother. We are also on the same deck but a few rooms up in an oceanview.

Please give me your comments or ideas. We need to be near my mother however not in the same cabin and were trying to avoid the very high single rate for her. We got a decent deal for the single room however is there a better way to go about this?

Thanks for your input.

She'll be pleased with the cabin. It'll be about as large as yours. No window/bed that can become a "king"....but everything else you have. On CCL, I've always sailed in cabins similar to your mom's

jleq - Thank you for your comments. We have never sailed Carnival before however we have sailed Costa (Fortuna) and Celebrity (Galaxy).

Any comments on the Legend ship and the "Exotic" Western Carribean route?

Thanks!
