Buffet food on Summit

In reading the posts, I am getting the impression that there is a very limited selection of food on the buffet at dinner? Does it not gage steaks, chicken, veggies, salads, potatoes and a large selection? I'm only asking because on NFL some nights the kids and husband did not want the MDR and wanted to just eat buffet. If It was up to me, I would dress up every night and do MDR.

You can get steak, salmon, chicken or pork grilled to order. You can make your own salad, there is a pasta station which is quite good. There are plenty of choices. We had dinner there a number of nights and enjoyed it.
