Digital photos without photo package

I understand there is an option to pre-buy digital photos, and I've read that if I were to buy photos onboard it's about $20/print. But, what I haven't been able to find is if there is an option to purchase individual digital photos, not printed copies, once onboard.

 

Can I purchase digital photos onboard without a photo package, or am I limited to only purchasing printed copies? If I can purchase digital copies, does anyone remember the cost on the Oasis?
