Allure - Cabin Question

Good Day! Considering booking a cruise on Allure. Looking to travel as economical as possible. Looking for cabin on Deck 11. Noted on most cruise dates - Deck 11 - Interior Cabins 11273/11275/11275/11673/11675/11677 are always available. They are located next to Library. Has anyone stayed in any of these rooms? Is there a noise problem? All input will be appreciated!!! Thank you! avlski :)
