Getting wedding documents notarized?! Help!

Hiiii!! Did any of you former/current Carnival brides have trouble getting your wedding documents and identification copies notarized??? I am stressing out because I asked a notary for help here in CA and he said he wasn't authorized to sign what looked like "immigration documents." I have two weeks to get this taken care of before the 60-days prior deadline... Any advice is welcome!! Thank you in advanced!!

Idk why he would think they look like immigration type documents, that's weird. I had no problem at all. A co-worker notarized mine. I think you can check with your post office and city hall for notary services. They might be able to steer you in the right direction. Or you can always put a note on your FB asking if any of your friends are notaries. Good luck!

Thank you so much for your response! After placing three calls to attorneys offices (since the notary I spoke with last week said he couldn't do it, and that I should try locating an attorney notary since it appears to be "immigration paperwork") one finally called me back and said they didn't think I needed their services.

 

They suggested I try a local UPS store, just as my fiance had been telling me we should just try. Hopefully I can get this sorted out quickly!

Your fiance is right, just go to a UPS store. I just had to do that this weekend :-)

Thank you HogueyBear! I just noticed that you'll be on the Breeze this July too! Is that when you are getting married as well? I'll be getting married on July 30th when docked in Grand Turk. :) How about you?
