When are our formal nights?

Hi, we are booked on to the 7 night West Med cruise aboard the LOTS leaving Barcelona on 28 July. How can I find out when the formal dress nights will be? I'm assuming there will be 2. We opted for My Time Dining and would appreciate some advice. We don't want to be over organised, but would it make sense to reserve tables now? We are a family of 4 and we would have no problem waiting a short while for a table if and when we just turn up, but I just don't know how busy it will be and whether we might regret not making reservations.

 

I also asked about formal nights because we would quite like to book a table at Chops, but I don't want to do that on a formal night as we would like to be in the main dining room for them.
