Mini MIRACLE REVIEW JUNE 12 CRUISE

Mid 40's couple been on 41 cruises 95% on Holland America. 10 years since

last Carnival cruise. We are very loyal to Holland America but this Miracle cruise was the best we had in years. Ship was very nice ,very clean. Staff was the best we seen in years. Karl with a K was great. We had a nice talk about England, he's from there I have family there. Show's were very good,

Beatle show was great. Band in Frankie & Johnie's were very good. Lots of room to dance. Piano Bar nice and big. Jazz in the Gotham Lounge was nice to hear after dinner. Sheila in the Jeeves Lounge was very good. Disco was ruled by the young ones. We did go once during the Pub crawl. The Pub crawl was alot of fun . Do it if you can. Chris who sang in the Casino did a good job also. Food ,10 times better than Holland America. Had 1 breakfest

in Dining Room, had rest in Lido. Did not go to Nick and Nora's. We had table for two #400 early sitting. Pools were empty during port days , wild during sea days. Lot of kids but you expect that in June. They did a good job keeping kids (under 16) out of the adult pool. Lot of activites to do during the day. We did trivia , won once. Played Bingo once and wife won a free cruise for 2, wow that was great. We also won $150 in free photos. The photo staff had a raffle on June 18th the same day the wife won the cruise

and it was my Birthday. What a lucky day. Ran to casino but had no luck there. Weather was good all week. Costa Maya was new to us so we took the Jungle Beach tour. It was ok . Next time we will stay near the dock, thay have a great pool there. Caymen ,we been there 20 times . We just went to a book store. Belize, been there once, we stayed on the ship.

Cozumel, again been there 20 times but we always have a nice time there.

We walked to town and ate lunch . On Sunday we did the self assist program

and we were off by 7:45. The was the best cruise we had in years and not because we won a free trip. The staff was great , the food was great . Everything ran very well. Only one thing we would like to see is to have deck chairs on the exterior promenade. Some people just can't stay in the sun .

We plan to use the free cruise with a back to back cruise next May. Next

Holland America cruise ,unknown.

We hope this report will help people who plan a Miracle cruise.

Congratulations on the good luck! I was on the ship and saw your wife win the cruise. (I did feel a little sorry for the lady who also had Bingo, but at least she got a bottle of champagne!) I have never sailed on Holland, but I think the Miracle is as nice as any RCL ship I have been on. I plan to write a review once my laundry is done.....I'm glad you had as good of a time as we did!
