Need Help!

Thinking of sailing July 28th. Can not decide if we should go B1 aft 9th or 11th floor. The 12th is already sold out. I'm concerned that the roof below the 9th would block our view, however the balconies are 158-168 sq. ft.

The 11th floor balconies are 104 sq. feet according to NCL. What would you do? I appreciate any thoughts!
