Walking tours for Civitavecchia or Rome?

Ideally, we'd like to bring our kids off the ship with us. therefore, we will have two toddlers in a dbl stroller and ourselves (hubby and I). Our ship ports in at Civitavecchia. Anyone recommend good walking tour companies or a family excursion from there?
