Victory Time of day on ship

That's correct. The time on the ship is different than the time at port only if you cross time zones. For example, if you leave from Miami, the ship will always be on Miami time and that will be called "ship time" Therefore, if you go to say Mexico and they're 1 hour behind don't go by Mexico's time or you'll miss the ship, go by the ships time, which is whatever time zone you originally left from. Hope that helps.

Every one of your ports is 1 hour behind ships time. Do not look at any clocks on the island. Remember when telling ta cab driver to pick you up at a certain time--that you will be using his time. When making reaservations for a private tour---its island time. Ships excursions will use ship time for that trip.
