Pride excursions for limited mobility people- Canaveral & Freeport

Taking my parents on the Pride in September. My mother uses a walker to get around (I've already booked a scooter for the ship). She is slow but mobile. She wants to take the Wildlife Pontoon tour at Canaveral & the Glass Bottom Boat tour at Freeport. Anyone got any information on issues we might have? It looks like neither should involve much walking, but are there any 'gotchas' getting to/from the excursions?

(E.g. A friend had trouble on Mykonos when the bus return point was about 1/2 a mile from the tender pickup point over very uneven ground, although the tender dropped her right at the bus in the morning)
