Just wondering how close it is to the port and how their customer service is.

They are on Palm Beach. I do not believe they provide transportation but you can always ask. Otherwise the bus or taxis will get you there very easily. They are located on Palm beach between the Occidental and Radisson Resorts.

 

They are a small "mom and pop" operation. We have used them for various things over the years from snorkel equipment rentals to Hobie rentals to aa PADI Scuba certification course for our dd in 2011.
