Departure time

We will be doing the avalon amsterdam to Budapest trip next spring. Does anyone know what is the latest time possible to leave the ship at the end of the cruise? We are trying to catch a flight to Prague and didn't want a flight too early in the morning.

Usually out of your room by 9am but you can stay on the ship. Give yourself time to check in as well as travel time from the ship.

Pretty sure it was off the ship by about 10am on our Avalon cruise last year, cabins had to be vacated straight after breakfast. Ours was Budapest to Amsterdam, more than half of the ship had left by that time anyway, to catch early trains , planes etc.

I go with Tassie. We were on Avalon's Amsterdam-Budapest cruise WAB623 this year. Left Budapest July 7. As our flight was around 6:15 am we were up at 2:50 am, luggage out in the hallway at 3:15 and we were on the bus to the airport at 3:45. Our C.D. was very busy the evening before arranging transportation to airport or hotel for those Avalon had booked and arranging taxis to airport or hotels for all others. But if memory serves me correctly everybody had to be off the ship by around 10:00 am.
