Underwater marine park - Taxi rates - 6:00 closing???

Traveling with a group of 9, (5 teens, 4 adults) We did a little research on beaches to visit. We are thinking Curacao Underwater Marine Park might be the best beach to visit as it looks on the map to only be about 3 miles from the cruise dock. (correct me if im wrong) Anyone that can share any info on this area with me????

 

Have heard that taxi fare is very expensive...anyone know if we could get a taxi van to fit all 9 of us and what approx rates would be?? Or if there is a better mode of transportation that we should consider?

 

Lastly, we heard that all the beaches close at 6:00pm, so we are wondering if the shops at the pier close that early too and if so....what is there to do after 6:00 in Curacao????

NO one knows what time beaches close??? :confused:
