I just booked with them last week for our cruise next year. Response was actually pretty quick, about a day, I believe. Maybe try emailing them again. Did you use the form on their website?

Yes I did. Just searched my junk box. Nothing there. So did u have to pay or pay when u get there ? And how many in the group ? I chose the 5 hours deal. What did u book w them ? Thank you for your response :)

No, I didn't have to pay. Just used the online form, filled it out with all the info & submitted it. Got an email back saying it was confirming our reservation with a reservation number & that we would pay when we got there & what types of payment they accepted.

 

I would try submitting the form again. Sometimes things happen & maybe they haven't gotten it.

I emailed them today. They responded and apologized. But the 5 hour excursion they have starts at 11:45 which cuts it short to get back on the ship. I might just try the 3 hour but I don't snorkel and I don't swim so she recommended the stingray only w captain Marvin.
