Vendors in the park in St Thomas

Last December I was in St Thomas on NCL Sun. We took the Colonial St Thomas and Shopping Tour. When we finished the tour we were right at a lot of shops I think on Main St. I remember being across from the post office. About a block away there was a large park we used as a meeting point because there were benches and it was near the taxis. Across the park I could see vendors but was too tired from all the walking to go over there. I knew I would be back so I said "next time".

Does anyone know where I am talking about? Is that what is called Vendors Plaza? The photos and videos I have seen of Vendors Plaza do not look like the area I am looking for but photos may be from a different angle. Or perhaps it was just a special event for that day?

Any help would be appreciated.
