The caves are definitely worth the visit!!.

 

Tiki Bar is on the south coast of the island...on the popular Rockley/Accra Beach. The Caves are actually in the very centre of the island and are a relatively fair distance from Tiki Bar.

 

Based on the time of day and the amount of time you have in port...doing both is quite possible.
